Why did you start breeding?
After acquiring my first Aussie 13 years ago, I knew one day I wanted to provide others with the opportunity to own this magnificent breed. I went on the long journey of finding my starting crew, health testing, and countless hours of research on breeding to obtain as much knowledge as possible before producing my first litter.What makes your program special?
Our Aussies are OFA hip and elbow tested, and they are tested for MDR1 as well. I do continue to further my knowledge in breeding/puppy raising/socialization whenever possible. If issues are brought to my attention by puppy owners, I take the time to learn how to prevent them in the future.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red & white, black & white, black, red merle, blue merle, red, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Price
"Price reflected on puppy's page is pet price only. Breeding rights are an additional fee of $600 and will not be available with every puppy. If you choose not to follow through with your purchase, the deposit will be kept and the puppy will be available to the next buyer. Deposit is applied to the full purchase price of puppy."

About River
River is strong and eager to please, high energy with a good "off switch". River has such an amazing personality, she has never met a stranger. Smart and fearless in all new situations, we have high hopes that she will pass down all these traits to her future puppies. River has had her hips and elbows evaluated through OFA and received a normal/good score. She also has been tested for MDR1 and carries one copy of the gene.

About Cumberland
Cumberland's personality can't be beat. He is friendly and sweet but also a fierce protector of his family and property when necessary. Cumberland is a goofy boy, always galloping around with a silly expression on his face, entertaining himself with toys or running laps in the yard. High energy levels have caused some issues for him as he has matured, however this is complimented by his ability to relax when inside. Despite his big size, he has always been so gentle with puppies, getting down to their level and softly playing with them. It is my hope that his traits are passed on to his offspring. Cumberland has been OFA hips and elbows tested. He has a clear Australian Shepherd genetic panel, including MDR1.

About Gypsy
Gypsy is the start of my breeding program. The dog that inspired it all, my pride and joy. Smart as can be, easy to train, willing to please, great with any and all animals, everything you could want from an Australian Shepherd. A little reserved with strangers, but warms up. Excellent mother to her puppies, and produced two of the female we have decided to hold back for our program. She is now retired after producing two litters for us, will be spayed and live out the rest of her life here with us as a treasured and beloved pet. Gypsy is a MDR1 carrier, but clear for the rest of the Australian Shepherd genetic panel.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
