I'm Arline H., the breeder behind Haggard Family Corgis located in Denham Springs, LA. Our goal is to produce healthy and happy Cardigan & Pembroke Corgi puppies that will bring smiles to your face and capture your heart. All our moms and dads are health tested, live in our home, and are part of our family. We don’t run a huge kennel -so all of our pups get lots of love and attention!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our corgi emotional support dog encouraged the beginning of Haggard Family Corgis. I am excited to share the absolute joy they have brought into my life. It’s been an education and a labor of love. I’ve enjoyed the journey and I know where I’m going. The learning process is ongoing. I’m proud to be an ethical breeder and passionate about placing happy, healthy puppies with just the right family.

  • What makes your program special?

    A good companion is beyond value. I do everything I can to ensure my puppies have everything they need to develop into healthy and happy adults. Corgis need to be an active part of your family. He will be your best friend and sidekick. I strive to match personality with your family’s lifestyle. In my program, good health and temperament are essential .... cuteness and love are guaranteed!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include fawn, red, sable, white and black, and black and tan. Cardigan Welsh Corgi puppies include red and white, brindle and white, red merle and white, brindle merle and white, black and white, and liver and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Arline

Arline has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include between $1,250 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Pups are AKC or CKC registered, vet checked, current vaccinations and dewormed. Tails docked, dewclaws removed and puppies are microchipped. Two year genetic health guarantee & lifetime take-back. After application is approved by HFC, a $250 non refundable fee holds your pup and it is deducted from the total. Balance is due after the pup is placed into your arms."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
