Q. & A. with Andrea
Why did you start breeding?
I grew up with dachshunds & they have always been my best friend. They have helped me through the hardest parts of my life when humans failed me. I want to provide others with this unconditional love and friendship with a well bred, well socialized puppy.
What makes your program special?
All adults are Embarked tested. We raise the puppy’s as part of our family, play with them daily. Expose them to different noises, animals, people to help socialize them. We also try to start the potty training process to help owners.
We don’t let perspective families pick their puppy until the puppies are 5-6 weeks old. I strongly believe it is more than picking a cute face. I want to make sure the puppies personality compliments their family to ensure the most successful placement.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
