I'm Hallie C., the breeder behind Hals Pals K9s located in Tehama County, CA. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of a Border Collie with other individuals and families!

What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Poodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hallie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Neopar Vaccine and a first full shot, dewormed every 2 weeks after birth, puppy wellness check at 8 weeks. Non-refundable holding fee credit for a current puppy available or for our waitlist. Holding fees are subtracted from the puppy sale price and can be transferred to any available litter per your waitlist number.”
Contract & health guarantee
Hallie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Cerberus is a male Border Collie about 4 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Hallie decided to make him part of their program. Hallie has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI), Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
