Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

Kiera was very responsive to all my request regarding the interest we had in her pup "Princeton". She answered all my questions and was very honest about our puppy' habits, personality and schedule. She sent us photos and gave us his detailed schedule he had so as to help him integrate into his new environment when he came to live with us. She met us at a halfway location to pic up "Princeton", and had him dressed in a warm little sweater, some of his favorite toys, his shot records and a small bag of food. This was so helpful to have upon his arrival. We are so in love with our pup and was already well on his way to being house trained. I could tell that Kiera truly cares about her pups. She followed up with us to make sure all was well and has been available for any additional quests we might have had. I would definitely recommend Happy Scouts Shih Tzu and Kiera to potential dog parents and would reach out if we decided to add to our family with another pup!
