Breeder of Labrador Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Macy A., the breeder behind Hard Knocks Kennels located in Jefferson, SC. We are a small family run Kennel that specializes in Gun Dogs.

Q. & A. with Macy

  • Why did you start breeding?

Breeding is a small part of HK. We began breeding when we had so much interest in well-bred hunting dogs for clients that we trained for.
  • What makes your program special?

We are not in breeding for money or merits. We believe in breeding to better the breed and help the average person afford a healthy dog.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
