Meet the breeder

I'm Jacee H., the breeder behind Harper Haven Cavapoos & Doodles located in West Haven, UT. We hold ourselves to high standards for the integrity of our program. All of our puppies are socialized, nurtured, and loved! It’s been such a pleasure to be able to watch every stage of puppy life! We’re so lucky to be able to do this and match wonderful families with our perfect puppies.

Q. & A. with Jacee

  • Why did you start breeding?

Growing up my parents were small hobby breeders and bred Poodles & Boxers. I loved growing up with having puppies in our home and wanted the same experience for my kids. I was always very involved in the whelping process, even from a young age and that began my passion for breeding dogs that are healthy, beautiful, happy pups!
  • What makes your program special?

I am a huge animal lover and love what I do! Breeding is something I am passionate about and as a stay-at-home-mom it gives me the perfect opportunity to be home with my human and dog/puppy children. My adult dogs are pets first and their health and happiness comes first! Puppies are raised in my home, around my family and other pets-this makes puppies transition to their new home so much smoother! My focus is to breed healthy, happy, & beautiful puppies that will be lifelong companions!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Cavapoo puppies are toy size. Bernedoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Cavapoo puppies include red, apricot, and blenheim. Bernedoodle puppies include tri-color, phantom, and merle. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies are blenheim. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Jacee was great to work with. Our puppy is 6pm this old now and doing great. We named him Smokey and is a loving boy.

Arlo is one year in eight months. He is a crazy pie. He is supposed to be a cavapoo but I think they meant kangaroo. He has so much energy! I love him so much. He gets into trouble, but that’s my fault because I basically give him everything he wants. How can I resist that sweet face? He is house trained, he gets along great with my other dog, he loves riding in the car. He still sleeps in his crate, but I think around the two year mark, he will graduate to sleeping with the humans if he wants. I had a great interaction with Harper Haven. Jaycee answered all of my questions and she responded very quickly. Everything she said about the puppy was accurate, and the puppy came with toys, papers, a blanket from the litter, everything he needed. Her son flew to Boston with the puppy and he was so nice. A+++!
