I'm Cheryl H., the breeder behind Harper’s Happy Weens located in Orange, CA. Our dogs are our family. The parents are amazing, well behaved family members which is the foundation to great temperaments and the want to make their owners happy. The father and one of my females is AKC standard while the other female is from registered bloodline but was never added to AKC.

    Our puppies include sable, cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Cheryl

Cheryl has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cheryl partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $650 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The litter from my standard AKC is on the higher end due to the lineage and color from the mother and father. My non AKC litter is lower to due the smaller size and being not registered. We ask for a deposit to ensure that you get the puppy you fall in love with. Due to the volume of inquiries this is the most effective way to get these babies to their new home!”

Cheryl may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
