I'm Chloe B., the breeder behind Haus of Wiener Schnitzel located in Port Orchard, WA. We’re a small, family-run breeding program devoted to raising beautiful, healthy Dachshunds with love and intention. We specialize in miniature and standard wiener dogs—including long-haired and smooth coats in stunning dapple, piebald, and English cream. Our pups are raised in our home, cuddled daily, and treated like family—until they become part of yours.
From our hearts to your home.
Q. & A. with Chloe
Why did you start breeding?
We are self employed and have a decent amount of free time at home, we decided (since we both love dogs and puppies so much) that we would start breeding Dachshunds as a fun hobby (who doesn't want to care for and love on puppies often 😍) and to help others find beautiful and loved dogs.
What makes your program special?
Intentional Breeding, Not Mass Production. We focus on quality, not quantity. Each pairing is planned with care for health, temperament, and beauty.
Rare & Refined Varieties
We specialize in long-haired and smooth-coat Dachshunds with rare and desirable colors.
A Passion, Not Just a Business. This is more than breeding—it's a calling. Every litter is a labor of love.
