I'm Linda Y., the breeder behind Heartfelt Love Labradors located in Etna, OH. I have been breeding off and on 40 years . I have always owned labrador work my dogs obedience and recently Rose got her Canine Good Citizen, Labs are very high energy god. so they walk mile and half or more a day,.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I bought my first puppy took her to a show match met a breeder and she mentored me and we worked togeather.
  • What makes your program special?

    The love of the dog. Each are precious lives and I like to make sure placed in a loving home and will be treated well.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Linda

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Linda partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We can do a phone interview and a face time as well to pick out the pup of your choice . Id like to know why a labrador puppy is suited for you and your home. If your aware of the breed and the care entailed in owning a puppy. Nutrition is a big part in my program and I use Nuvet Vitamins and TLC dry food. Both I reccomend and will provide info for you in your packet going home. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“All puppies are microchipped, wormed, shots and come with a vet check and guarantee against hereditary issues. Parents are all hip elbows heart and eye certified. The pups are home raised potty trained and socialized going home. Deposits hold the 1st second third pick of litter of your choice with sex male or female. Remaining payment due when puppy is picked up at 8 weeks of age, not before.”

Linda may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel, D Locus (Dilute) DNA test, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
