I'm Liv D., the breeder behind Hearts Of Love located in Hampton, VA. Our puppies are raised in our home with hands-on care, early neurological stimulation (ENS), and intentional socialization. Each puppy goes home with our signature luxury adoption experience — including a personalized Memory USB Time Capsule filled with milestone moments from birth to go-home day.

    Our love for Pomeranians began for their beauty and personality, We wanted to create something truly special with the breed. Hearts of Love was created to offer an elevated experience for families in search for their loving companion. Every puppy is carefully planned, lovingly raised, and welcomed into the world with care and a touch of luxury.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Pomeranian puppies include blue parti, cream sable parti, chocolate parti, black and tan parti, orange parti, orange, white, chocolate, cream sable, chocolate merle, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Liv

Liv has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Liv partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Each puppy includes a 1-year health guarantee, first vaccines, deworming, socialization, luxury going-home box, care guide, pad training started, personalized experience and lifetime breeder support. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and secure your place on our waitlist. Deposits are applied to the final balance and are only transferable to a future litter if needed.”

Contract & health guarantee

Liv may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
