I'm Raina M., the breeder behind Heartville Pugs located in Fall Creek, WI. We raise pugs and the occasional litter of Shichons. All 4 of our dogs are loved by us and our six children! They interact with the kids everyday and they do so well with each other. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We are so happy to be able to share the wonderful qualities of the breed with others. Owning Pugs is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies and their parents spend a lot of time with our kids, playing, napping and exploring the outdoors as well. We have 2 cats that they get along well with. We do health testing with UC Davis and Embark. If you are interested in an AKC registered pup I'm happy to work with you on that. Most of our pups go home just as pets without AKC registration. We have black, fawn and panda pups.

    Pug puppies include black, fawn, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Raina

Raina has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Raina partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $300 deposit and between $1,100 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pricing depends on registration, color and availability. Deposit is refundable only in the unlikely event that something would happen to your puppy or he/she wouldn't pass their health check.”

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel, Pug Dog Encephalitis (PDE)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I’ve adopted two puppies now from Rania. Both dogs are healthy happy and have adapted to our home with ease. My experience with Rania was top notch. Before adopting my first puppy Rania answered all my questions quickly. The first adoption went smooth and we picked up our puppy at Rania’s home. We got to meet not only all the puppies but her wonderful family. The dogs are raised as family members and are socialized with her children as well as her other dogs. When it came time to get a second pug puppy it was an easy decision to purchase from Rania for a second time. We got to see her family for a second time as well as meet all the dogs again when we picked up our second pup. Both dogs are healthy happy and well adjusted. There were no health problems or illnesses with either of my puppies. If I decide to purchase a third puppy I will only purchase from Rania. I absolutely love my puppies. Rania also told me if I have any questions about my puppies or pug dogs in general I can reach out to her for answers anytime.

    Raina was very responsive and helped to make Peanut’s (aka Bingo’s) transition easy. A good natured little pup that loves to travel with me. Raina and her family have Peanut the love and care he needed to trust, so this little PUG loves people. It won’t be long before Peanut “The Pug,” helps teach children life lessons.     We had a wonderful experience with Raina!! We got our Pug puppy Winston last September. We picked him up the day they had been to the vets for their shots. We were able to video chat with her before we went to pick him up. Saw how he was, how he interacted with the other Pugs and her children. This is our fourth Pug, and let me say….     Raina was Absolutely Wonderful and extremely helpful! "Maggie was in Minnesota and I was in Florida, Raina was so helpful in finding me the most wonderful, sweet transporter. Maggie arrived and she is absolutely beautiful, very clean and the healthiest, happiest puppy we have ever received. If you re sitting on the fence thinking about getting a puppy from Raina, take me advice, Do It! Highly recommended and her transporter too. By the way, this sweetheart has had no accidents in the house. Maggie is a doll baby and I am so grateful to have her.
