I'm Heather N., the breeder behind Heather's Poodles located in Round Lake, IL. All of our puppies are raised in our home, surrounded by children and other pets—including dogs of all sizes and cats—so they grow up well-socialized and confident. We produce only two litters per year, allowing us to give each puppy the attention and care they deserve. All of our parent dogs are fully health-tested. I breed under the mentorship of a trusted friend who has over 30 years of breeding experience.

Not a full spa day for these pups, but they did get a wash, blowout, and a good fresh brushing. These poodle babies love being clean and fluffy, and it’s the perfect start to preparing them for a lifetime of grooming adventures ✨🛁🐶

Feels like spring. At 13 weeks old, the puppies got to enjoy the big backyard for the first time—romping around with the whole pack and exploring the forest. It’s so rewarding to watch them grow in security, confidence, and curiosity.

Spa day success! 🛁✂️ These puppies got the full treatment and are now fresh, fluffy, and extra snuggly — bringing out all the cuteness in these pups!

About Nola
Nola is a small Standard Poodle with a refined, elegant build, standing 23 inches tall and weighing 42 pounds. She has a beautiful brown phantom coat that has softened over time into a stunning café au lait phantom. She has the gentle, confident temperament the Standard Poodle is known and loved for — intelligent, intuitive, affectionate, and highly people-focused. Nola has completed numerous advanced obedience classes and has earned her Canine Good Citizen title as well as her Therapy Dogs International certification. Beyond her titles, she is also my personal service dog, a role she fulfills with steadiness, reliability, and heart.

My family adopted a 12 week old poodle from Heather. His name is Bandit. He is a great pup, very well tempered, great with the kids and new people, super calm, sleeping thru the night, and overall a wonderful addition to our family. Heather provided ample support as we adjusted to the puppy, answering questions quickly and you could tell he came from a happy home and was well taken care of.
