Q. & A. with Deborah
Why did you start breeding?
I bred my first litter back in the early 1990s which was a German Shepherd. I donated the entire litter to Southeastern Guide Dogs and to my delight, 5 of them became working guide dogs. Years later after my first Poodle, and loving the breed immensely, I began breeding again.
What makes your program special?
I breed exceptional, health tested parents, raised by a trainer and groomer who carefully places the right pup in the right homes. I provide continued support for health and training. I hold back the best pups specifically for those looking for a service dog candidate.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
