Q. & A. with Melissa
Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding because I absolutely love this breed. I breed to standard and want to better the breed.
What makes your program special?
My babies are socialized with goats, chickens, potbelly pig, cats and dogs big and small. I also have them used to hardwood floors carpet and lanolin floors which may seem like it's not a big deal but it actually is for a little munchkin that isn't used to walking or running on it. I believe it's vital to have them socialized with as much as possible so they are comfortable in all settings when going to their forever home. Not many breeders are able to socialize their babies with animals on the farm setting.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include wirehaired, smooth, and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, wild boar, brindle, chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
