Amanda B.

Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda B., the breeder behind Heaven's 9 located in Fresno, CA. We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies. All puppies go through desensitization through exploring new environments/ objects.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

I had noticed that alot of breeders don't focus on temperament. Most breeders I have approached have untrained, and unfocused dogs. We want to build on keeping this breed working and punctual!
  • What makes your program special?

We focus first on preservation of our breed, a focused and attentive dog is key to the Australian Shepherd lineage. Our male is a working animal, he loves to work and is confident and committed. We are also one of the few breeders in Oklahoma that OFA test our animals. Your puppies health is important to us, they are your companion and working animal, you need them in tip top shape.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blue merle and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
