I'm Heidi M., the breeder behind Heidi Mendoza located in Inverness. I have competed in most dog sports for 20+ years. I love dogs and and want to try and breed dogs that are super working dogs that can do any sport. I value sound natures and happy, healthy dogs.
Q. & A. with Heidi
Why did you start breeding?
Very few well bred working dogs are fully health tested and raised in the home. I want to breed a working dog that also is a good family dog. I have been a pet and dog sports competitor for decades and would like to use my knowledge and experience to contribute to good dog breeding.
What makes your program special?
My Border Collies are trained to do farm work and move stock, but are also sport dogs and pets. Versatile with work ethic, but also good off switch so can relax at home.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Poodle puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Poodle puppies are apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
