I'm Amber H., the breeder behind Hess Pooches LLC located in Blacksburg, SC. Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to our family throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.

Why did you start breeding?
When I was young, I lived with my grandma and she raised chihuahuas. She would let me hold and play with the puppies and help take care of them. Those are some of the best memories I have growing up. I loved spending time with animals and my grandma. Now, my children are able to experience the joy of learning and raising puppies.What makes your program special?
We care about you and your puppy/dog. We're here to answer questions and help even after your puppy is in your own home.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Poodle puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies include parti and black and tan. Yorkipoo puppies include parti, black and tan, and black. Poodle puppies include apricot, black, brown, cream, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Amber has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
“This price guarantees a 72 hour health guarantee and must be followed up by a licensed veterinarian once the puppy leaves our care, age appropriate vaccinations, veterinarian health check, microchipped, and kennel club registration application paperwork. You'll also receive a starter bag that includes a blanket with mom and siblings scent, toys, transition food, and a home training guide. All of our puppies have the same cost for a holding fee/deposit. A non-refundable holding fee/deposit is required for holding the puppy.”

Amber may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

We adopted a male Yorkie from Amber for my 10 year old daughter. He's the best!! He is healthy, active, cuddly, well adjusted to people (especially kids), he's pad trained (very well!!) and just an overall excellent dog.
