I'm Destini H., the breeder behind Hicks Haus Dachshunds located in Alto, TX. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We decided to take our love for this breed to the next level by breeding our incredible dogs. We hope our puppies bring lots of joy and love into the hearts of their new families!

Why did you start breeding?
I have always had a true love for the breed & wanted to perfect the breed standards.What makes your program special?
All our babies are whelped & raised inside of my home, usually my bedroom, because I am a helicopter mom according to my boys. We love giving all our dachshunds daily love, that includes our puppies and adults. We started litter training our litters about a year ago & when I say it’s a game changer, I am so serious! We love taking videos and pictures, so be prepared to get TONS!What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include cream, red, chocolate, chocolate and tan, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $2,250 - $2,950 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes pet only or AKC registration, current immunizations, microchip, lots of socialization, & each is started on litter box training. Each puppy goes home with a starter pack containing all information, helpful tips, toys, & potty pads for the trip home. Deposits are strictly non-refundable reserve fees.”
