I'm Kenzie H., the breeder behind High Point Border Collies located in College Station, TX. We are border collie and agility enthusiasts striving to produce healthy, structurally sound puppies with stable temperaments. All of our dogs are cherished family members first and foremost, and working/sport dogs second. While agility is our main sport, our dogs and puppies have also trained in disc, dock diving, rally-o, nose work, flyball, and herding.
We take puppy raising very seriously here at High Point. All of our puppies are raised in our home with puppy culture and some avidog protocols (including ENS and ESI). They are introduced to many different people, dogs, new environments, and various sights, sounds and textures during their time with us. We also begin crate training, clicker training, leash walking, house training, and so much more. We do everything in our power to give our puppies the best start possible. And it doesn’t end there - when you buy a puppy from us you become part of our extended family. We stand by our puppy buyers and offer 24/7 support for the entire lifetime of the dog and will always take them back, no questions asked.

Ruby, mom
Border Collie
About Ruby
Ruby is our intense, high drive girl from working lines. She has an amazing temperament and lovely structure. She is friendly, affectionate, smart and lives to work. She primarily competes in agility and has dabbled in tricks, rally-o, disc, and nosework. Despite having had a very limited trial schedule so far (due to no fault of her own) she has earned her TKA and her IND & SSN titles in agility, the equivalent to excellent in AKC. We’ll be working towards her MACH title in 2022.
Good health testing
Patellar Luxation, Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA), +2 more.
Alliance, dad
Border Collie
About Alliance
Alliance was washed as a breeding prospect because his selective dog aggression makes it impossible for him to compete in agility, and he was also diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy and is currently taking keppra to control his focal seizures. I made the decision to remove his relative Nova from my program partly because of this. He will always be an amazing companion and my heart dog.
Ghost, dad
Border Collie
About Ghost
Ghost is a male Border Collie about 3 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Kenzie decided to make him part of their program. Kenzie has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Nova, mom
Border Collie
About Nova
Nova is our energetic, happy-go-lucky girl with crazy high drive. She is super athletic, bouncy, and incredibly biddable. She lives to please you and has limitless enthusiasm, especially when it’s time to work. Despite having had a very limited trial schedule so far (due to no fault of her own) she has earned her BID and SSN titles in agility and will be working towards her MACH title in 2022.
Vixen, mom
Shetland Sheepdog
About Vixen
Vixen is a 4 month old sheltie we imported from a small breeder in Ukraine. Both of her parents are amazing agility dogs; her sire has competed at world agility twice and her dam also competes in herding. So to say this girl has potential is an understatement! She is certainly worth the years we waited for the right sheltie to come along. She will be training in agility, herding and dabbling in other sports. She has a lovely stable temperament and isn’t phased by anything, loves everyone and fits right in with the border collies.

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
