We have climate-controlled kennels and spacious play yards for our dogs to enjoy. Our puppies have their own play yard which includes slides, tunnels and a ball pit.

To be successful at what you do, you must first... LOVE what you do. I LOVE helping families find their forever pet, especially those that have lost their beloved pet.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, buff, brown and tan, brown, black and tan, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Girls are $1900 and Boys are $1500. The order in which I receive deposits is the order in which we pick puppies at 5 weeks old. No Deposits are taken until after puppies are born!!”

health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your
puppy purchase. If Karen offers a contract

DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
