Q. & A. with Heather

  • Why did you start breeding?

All of my life I have been passionate about animals, and have raised various dog breeds, even training a pup that was certified to be a Seeing Eye Dog. I have been in love with the herding breed for over 20 years, and after having owned them myself, I researched and studied what was vital in not only breeding Australian Shepherds but ensuring overall health and wellness in their pups also.
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs are our family members. They are the perfect balance of beauty and intelligence, without being high-strung or overly energetic. My puppies are raised with small children, and live life alongside the family both inside and outside. Retired AND returned pups continue to live right with us enjoying their days being pampered house dogs, with PlayYards designed exclusively for all ages.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
