I'm Catherine H., the breeder behind Hogan’s Lowrider Hounds located in Spring Hope, NC. We believe that a smaller “herd” enables us to produce well rounded and affectionate puppies that are well taken care of and raised in our home with our family. We spend time with ever litter to make sure they know what love is.

Why did you start breeding?
At the time we only had two dachshunds, and we decided to have a litter. Was just planning on the one. But going through the pregnancy with my girl and raising the puppies and finding them homes and the absolute joy it brought to the people that got those four first puppies, I was hooked.What makes your program special?
It’s small and personal. I have the opportunity to spend every day, all day with my dogs to make them the best they can be. I want to make sure that every puppy parent and puppy are a match. I am always a text or phone call away if any of my families need anything.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $4,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes AKC registration, 8 week vet check, age appropriate shots, fecal test run at 8 weeks, microchipped and puppy pack with all documentation. Non refundable once you pick a puppy.”
Contract & health guarantee
Catherine may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. Blue is a long Haired, Red Piebald Dapple. DNA+health Test done through AKC. I have those records to share. Unfortunately we lost Blue due to complications having this litter. She was super sweet, docile, but not an attention hog. We absolutely are devasted that she is no longer with us, but thought that much of her, that we have kept one of her puppies to continue her line.

Catherine - was OUTSTANDING! My experience was wonderful, start to finish. This was a bday gift for my daughter and Catherine stayed in touch with me along the process, responded quickly and was very detailed and even open for phone calls to help answer questions. Picking our lil 2lb 8oz pup up was a great experience. Catherine was very welcoming and patient with me as she went thru the starter package. She gave us so much info and supplies to start out with and that alone was incredible and heart felt - she cares and it was obvious! I highly recommend her for future dog owners. Our lil pup has warmed our heart and Catherine helped make that an AMAZING experience.
