All our Shih Tzu’s undergo DNA health testing through Embark including the new puppies. These puppies are AKC registered. I offer a 1 year health warranty, a wellness check with a vet, age appropriate shots, dewormer, a new puppy goodie bag, a blanket, puppy food, a puppy toy, and a lifetime of breeder support as needed.

Why did you start breeding?
Ever since I can remember I knew I wanted to breed. My mom had 2 Shih tzu’s at different times when I was younger so I already knew how sweet they are with children. Once I brought Zasha home and she brought so much joy to the family I knew I wanted to bring joy to others, and my journey as a breeder began. I truly have a passion for it.What makes your program special?
Having a small home breeding program makes all the difference in the world. It's easier to take care of all aspects of caring for your own dogs as well as the puppies when they are born. My family is able to socialize the puppies and give them the individualized care they need.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are liver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Zai
Zai has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price include the health wellness guarantee, AKC limited registration, health tested via embark, deworming, and first vaccine. Also included a puppy new home goody bag! Prices of pups varies. All puppies will come with limited AKC registered. If interested in AKC breeding rights an additional fee will be added.”
