Why did you start breeding?
I grew up helping my mom raise Jack Russell’s and miniature Dachshunds, so it’s been a passion of mine for a long time. My best friend introduced me to the wonderful toy/mini Australian Shepherd breed. I immediately fell in love with this beautiful, highly intelligent breed!What makes your program special?

Our Australian Shepherd puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include black tri, blue merle, red merle, and red tri. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Afton has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our prices vary depending on size, quality, and color. It also depends on whether or not the new owner wants breeding rights (only available on select puppies). We accept pre-deposits once a litter is confirmed. It is non-refundable, but always transferable to another litter, if nothing is born to your liking.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. This lady was amazing throughout the process. Right off the ripp, she immediately told me about his about his iris coloboma in his right eye. She was upfront and honest about it. Also answered all of my questions. He is doing good, always wants to be picked up or be with me abd loves my other dog. He is confident in some areas and others he is not. But that is completely fine! :)

I had such a great experience with Afton! She was super responsive and answered all my questions, which really made me feel at ease. She even agreed to meet us halfway, and on top of that, sent us home with some food, a cozy blanket, and a fun toy to keep him entertained on the drive back. Our baby is already so smart. Hans knows to sit, down, spin, and come, and he’s mostly potty trained too! He’s super cute and has such a unique, fun personality that keeps us smiling every day. He adores our older dog and I can see them becoming the best of friends. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better start to this adventure!
