I'm Samantha S., the breeder behind Honeydox Miniature Dachshunds located in Fieldbrook, CA. Honeydox is an in home breeder of primarily English cream longhair miniature dachshunds in Northern California. Since 2007, we have carefully bred for health, temperament, and correct conformation. Our puppies are home-raised, well socialized, and loved as family.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved Miniature Dachshunds. I began by focusing on conformation showing, but over time came to value their intelligence, loyalty, and joyful personalities just as much as structure. In founding Honeydox, my goal was to responsibly share the remarkable companionship, beauty, and heart this breed brings to a family.What makes your program special?
All of my dogs are family members first and foremost. They live in my home, are deeply loved, and nurtured every day. From that environment of trust, stability, and affection come puppies who are confident, well adjusted, and loving. Raising them this way brings me immense joy, and it shows in the hearts and temperaments of each puppy.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
