Meet the breeder

I'm Cindy L., the breeder behind Hoopla Pugs located in Hartsville, SC. We have been showing and breeding Golden Retrievers for 45 years and breeding and showing Pugs for 35 years. Our dogs are always vet-checked and guaranteed.

Q. & A. with Cindy

  • Why did you start breeding?

It was hard to buy a good dog and I thought I could breed a better dog than I could buy. Which has proved true over the years.
  • What makes your program special?

I have a very good eye for conformation. Good rears, good fronts, top lines, movement and most of all heads, correct heads, not to mention coat, bone, pigment and soft sweet expression.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
