Meet the breeder

I'm Jessica A., the breeder behind Hope Lane Kennels located in Millville, CA. Dogs are our passion and raising puppies is a family affair at Hope Lane. Between our 5 children, (who help socialize!) My husband (the main Funder of this endeavor ;) my Momma (the matriarch and puppy midwife) and my 3 sisters, we are thrilled to match you with the puppy of your dreams.

Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

We wanted to put our passion for dogs to be put to good use. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breeds and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies thrive! We love our puppies and know you will, too. We pride ourselves on helping all of our clients find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle.
  • What makes your program special?

Our commitment is to provide you with a professional and friendly puppy-buying experience, and that includes always having responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies. Our parents are health and genetically tested and all puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Cockapoo puppies include merle, brown, red, brown and white, golden, and cream. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, chocolate, black, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

From the very beginning, our experience with Jessica was absolutely incredible. She truly cares about her puppies and the families they go to, and that showed every step of the way. One thing that meant so much to us was that she went above and beyond to make sure our son wouldn’t have an allergic reaction before we brought our puppy home. That level of thoughtfulness and care is something we’ll never forget. As first-time puppy owners, we’ve had plenty of questions, and she has always been just a message away—patiently answering every question, offering helpful advice, and genuinely wanting to see us succeed. Her support didn’t end when we picked up our puppy; she’s continued to walk alongside us every step of the way. We are so grateful for her kindness, generosity, and ongoing support. If you’re looking for a breeder who truly loves what she does and cares deeply about both her puppies and the people who adopt them, we cannot recommend her highly enough! Our family is so in love with our forever fur best friend!

Hi Jessica! Faith is doing so well! She has doubled in size as well as confidence from the time we brought her home! Thank you for being so responsive during the whole process! I felt so assured we were making a good decision for us! We love her so much! She has been a great addition to our family! Our older pup loves all the play time! We ended up naming her Maeby… meaning lovable! Plus the pun is lots of fun! 🥰🥰

Jessica was easy to communicate with. I loved the weekly updates/photos she sent me as well as all the photos on instagram. The whole process went so smoothly because we were able to communicate everything so easily. Not only that, Philippe came home as the cutest puppy I have ever seen and my absolute dream. Thank you so much for raising him so well!

As a first-time dog mom, I had a lot of questions before committing to a puppy — and Jessica answered every single one of them with patience, detail, and genuine care. From the very beginning, she made me feel like I was in good hands. Throughout the waiting period she kept me updated with the sweetest photos and videos of Lola, which made the anticipation so much more special. It was clear from the beginning that she loves what she does and truly cares about the puppies she raises. What has impressed me most, though, is how available Jessica has continued to be even after bringing Lola home. As I've been getting my puppy settled, she has been an incredible resource — always responsive, always helpful, and genuinely invested in how things are going. I couldn't be more grateful. She helped me find my new best friend, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a breeder who goes above and beyond for both their puppies and their families. 🐾
