I'm Marilyn G., the breeder behind Hopper Road Miniature Dachshunds located in Lucedale, MS. I cannot have had a better experience with Marilyn. She responded to my inquiry within minutes of sending it in. We welcomed our female longhaired baby and named her Pearl. She is so loved and truly a wonderful puppy. Marilyn has been kind enough to check on Pearl. It’s obvious that they truly treat their pets like family. Thank you for giving us our new family member!

I was looking to surprise my wife with a puppy. I was searching for about 2.5 months. I found the site Gooddog.com and was looking there when I found Marilyn. I saw a beautiful puppy in her listing and immediately reached out to her. She responded quickly and answered all my questions. They live in Mississippi and I live in Northwest Florida, and they had no problem in meeting me half way in Mobile Alabama. Her and her husband were awesome people, and they really cared about their puppies. I brought her home and my wife instantly fell in love with her and named her Kaylee. I have a German Shepherd/Lab mix named Shaylee and she loves the new puppy also. She is a perfect fit for our family with a great personality and full of love. Marilyn has reached out to me a couple of times and asked how things were going with the puppy. This breeder actually cares about her dogs and that is a big for me, unlike some of these puppy mills who don't care about the dogs health and well being, just a profit. I would highly recommend this breeder. Great to work with and cares about her dogs.
