I'm Julie H., the breeder behind Horst Maltipoo Puppies located in Manheim, PA. Our puppies are introduced to socialization activities to foster positive behavior traits. Socializing a puppy at an early age may make them more confident, relaxed and compassionate pets. Early Neurological stimulation is used for our dogs.
