I'm Jade T., the breeder behind House Tiner Springers located in Lexington, SC. House Tiner Springers, founded in 2024 in Lexington, SC, honors our father, Martin Tiner, and our family's breeding legacy. As an AKC-registered English Springer Spaniel breeder, we're dedicated to preserving and improving the breed through responsible, health-focused breeding.

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up around dogs and breeding was always a part of my life. Watching my family’s dedication to raising quality dogs shaped my love and respect for the breed. I wanted to continue that legacy by creating House Tiner Springers, a program focused on responsible breeding, preserving the English Springer Spaniel, and raising puppies that bring joy to families.What makes your program special?
At House Tiner Springers, we believe raising puppies is about more than breeding—it’s about building a legacy. Our puppies are raised in our home, surrounded by family, love, and everyday life. We focus on health, temperament, and quality while giving each puppy a strong foundation to become a confident, loyal companion for their forever family.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include tri-roan, orange and white, red and white, liver white and tan, black white and tan, liver and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Jade
Jade has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jade partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Buyers are encouraged to contact us before a litter is born if they have specific requests regarding color, markings, or gender so we can discuss the likelihood of those traits. While we will do our best to accommodate these preferences, they cannot be guaranteed, and selecting a puppy based solely on color or gender does not guarantee a particular personality or temperament. We strongly recommend having a conversation with the breeder about your lifestyle, experience, and expectations so we can help guide you toward the puppy that will be the best fit for your home. Our priority is creating successful, lifelong matches for both our puppies and their families.”
Price
“Our puppy price includes a vet health check, first-round vaccines, regular deworming, AKC registration, tail docking, dew claw removal, and early socialization. Each puppy is raised with care, love, and a strong foundation to become a confident companion. All deposits will be the same amount no matter which dog is chosen. This is a nonrefundable deposit.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
