I'm Alicia H., the breeder behind Huddleston Farm located in Doddridge, AR. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and ability. We strive to produce beautiful and versatile beloved companions. We decided to start a responsible, in-home breeding program in order to produce quality working dogs that also fit into a home setting. These dogs can do it all, and we make sure to foster that versatility in our puppies beginning from the moment they're born.

Alicia at Huddleston Farm has been amazing! Thor is settling in so well, and I can tell he was raised in such a caring environment. I really appreciate how well-socialized he already is—new experiences don’t bother him, and his temperament is just incredible. Alicia was also kind enough to hold him a little longer while our home renovations finished, which made things so much easier for us. I’m so grateful for the love and attention she gave him before he came to us, and it really shows in how confident and sweet he is.

I was so pleased with this whole experience. I greatly appreciated the frequent updates about my puppy’s growth, health, and, of course, the adorable pictures. Oaky (previously Cosmic Brownie) is the sweetest, most adorable, playful, fluffy, and happy puppy we could have asked for. We knew that Aussies were smart but she has exceeded expectations—after one week with her (9 weeks old) she already knows some basic commands like sit and she has made progress with potty training. She has been great around people and our close friends and family’s dogs. We love her so much and are extremely grateful that Alicia and Huddleston Farm took great care of her and facilitated us bringing her home.

Alicia was so kind and quick to respond to our questions, she continued to work with us throughout our many pick up/ scheduling conflicts. And this sweet puppy we just cannot say enough wonderful things, playful, energetic perfect for our two young boys. With the help of our boys, he is surprisingly caught on quick to a few commands. Thank you you from one happy for baby family.

We searched for mini Aussies for weeks, looking at puppies from several breeders. When I came upon Huddleston Farms and inquired about her available puppies I was amazed how quickly I received a reply to my message through Gooddog. From that moment Alicia was quick to answer all of my questions. When we made the decision on the puppy we were most taken with, Alicia was more than willing to meet us and allow us to see him first hand. After our first visit we had no doubt we made a good choice with not only our chosen puppy but Alicia and Huddleston Farm as the breeder. While we waited for "Rusty's" pick-up day to arrive, Alicia provided us weekly pictures and updates as they applied to his health. We have had Rusty now for our first full week and have been nothing but pleased! Rusty settled into his new home with us immediately and has demonstrated all the beginnings of being a well balanced and socialized, furry addition to our home. My wife and I have ambitions for a second pup in the near future as a companion for Rusty and I have no doubt that we will look to Alicia and Huddleston Farm as our source for a high quality example of the Mini Australian Shepherd breed. We couldn't be more pleased!!

Alicia was a pleasure to work with. When I had questions or asked for videos, she responded promptly. Cookies and Cream arrived crate‑trained and well‑socialized with people and household items. She is in excellent health with an amazing temperament—currently snuggled beside me as I work. She has already become my beloved companion.
Thanks to Good Dog for facilitating our connection and providing helpful information that led me to a responsible breeder. Thank you, Alicia and your family, for caring so deeply about the puppies you breed—you clearly love them. It shows in this wonderful dog by my side, and I’ll be forever grateful.
