I'm Carla J., the breeder behind Hunters Dream Labradors located in Starksboro, VT. I offer top-quality Labrador Retriever puppies for families who share the same love and passion that I do for these wonderful companions. My priorities when breeding are health and temperament, and I strive to improve the line with each generation by seeking out complementary traits in compatible puppy parents.
Q. & A. with Carla
Why did you start breeding?
I had my own amazing Labrador Retrievers and fell in love with the breed. I wanted to do my part as a responsible breeder and produce healthy, well-rounded pups. It has been an incredible experience, and I love what I do!
What makes your program special?
Because my program is small, I am able to give each dog and puppy all of the attention and care that they need to develop and thrive. My dogs are my family, and I give that same love to each puppy as I prepare them to join their forever homes.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
