Why did you start breeding?
I co-bred my first litter with my mentor, she kept newborn pups at her house and I visited frequently. I was afraid of having neonates as a novice, so I learned by example in my visits. The litter moved in with me when they were happy and healthy 4-week old puppies, and that experience was amazing. It helped me understand the enormous effort and also enormous pride that goes into a happy litter.What makes your program special?
I value quality over quantity. As a more occasional breeder, puppies are a 24/7 responsibility while in my care. They are raised with Puppy Culture, many aspects that I have used for years before PC existed. My puppy owners know I am there for the lifetime of their puppy. I put my heart into puppies, and I follow them as they grow. Pups are matched to homes based on matching lifestyles.Where do your breeding dogs live?
