Meet the breeder

I'm Gabrie H., the breeder behind Hursh’s Hounds located in Sparks, NV. All pups are 1,200. Mom and dad are both DNA tested purebred (non registered) and free of all genetic health diseases. Pups are dewormed, will have their first round of distemper Parvo shots, and are physically examined and deemed healthy by our vet before leaving to their new homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve always loved the breed, I had a mentor and learned the basics. I started my own breeding program because I enjoyed the whole process so much, it’s an amazing feeling to raise a good healthy pup and watch them go to a home where it will be loved

  • What makes your program special?

    I focus mostly on socializing my pups because I know how important it is to have a puppy that is out going and super friendly, I don’t want to breed aggressive or skiddish traits

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include longhaired, wirehaired, and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Gabrie

Gabrie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Gabrie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Pups are dewormed, will have their first round of distemper Parvo shots, and are physically examined and deemed healthy by our vet before leaving to their new homes. Deposit must be placed after pup is born but before 6 weeks of age. I want you to be sure you want the pup before placing the deposit and feeling stuck.”

Gabrie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
