Meet the breeder

I'm Barbara J., the breeder behind Infinity Dachshunds located in Hauppauge, NY. My goal is to provide you with a well adjusted, healthy happy puppy. I carefully choose genetically clear, tested parents in order to produce the best quality pup possible! My pups are raised in my home and handled from day 1 to insure that they are well-rounded, socialized furever family members!❤️.

Q. & A. with Barbara

  • Why did you start breeding?

20 years ago, when my oldest son was 10, he wrote an essay about why he needed a Dachshund. Multiple Dachshunds have been in our family since then and I continually study to develop the healthiest pups I can.
  • What makes your program special?

I genetically test all of my dogs. They are part of our family, first and foremost. I provide life long support for every puppy I breed and will take them back at any time!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include cream, red, black and cream, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
