Meet the breeder

I'm Heidi I., the breeder behind Inskeep’s Precious Paws located in Olney, IL. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of a Yorkshire Terrier with other individuals and families!

Q. & A. with Heidi

  • Why did you start breeding?

I fell in love from the first litter and have been breeding for 8 years.
  • What makes your program special?

We breed for good temperaments. We do ENS training from birth on our puppies to introduce them to touch and noise. We health test our parents and only breed quality puppies. Our puppies are well socialized and used to being around kids and other dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include gold, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
