I'm Patricia M., the breeder behind Irish Eyes ShihTzu located in Buffalo, NY. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We adore our dogs! Getting a puppy from Patricia
Patricia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Prices include worming and first vaccine plus healthy puppy check up at the vet. Breeding rights may cost more. Deposit will be refunded if I am able to secure another deposit upon resale of the same puppy. I may also allow the deposit to be applied to secure a different puppy if mutually agreed upon.”
Contract & health guarantee
Patricia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Patricia offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Patricia directly.

Buddy, birth name (Hank) is amazing. Adapted perfectly to our home and Loves our pup Brownie. He smart, kind, sweet and tough. He's healthy and loves to eat.
