Itty Bitty Paws

Stephanie P.

Breeder of Shih Tzus

Meet the breeder

I'm Stephanie P., the breeder behind Itty Bitty Paws located in Layton, UT. Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to us throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.

Q. & A. with Stephanie

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have been raised around Shih Tzu all my life and I absolutely could not imagine not having such an amazing and well tempered breed in my life. Every Shih Tzu I raise is raised like my own children and get all the socialization and are desensitized to many noises and circumstances so they grow to be such wonderful and loving companions to people of all life stages.
  • What makes your program special?

I raise my pups and grown dogs with the BAB(Badass Breeder) cirriculum. My litters are ENS trained starting since day 3. We socialize them around small children and other dogs so they become confident and friendly dogs when they are ready to go home. I stimulate them with various activities and noises that resemble thunderstorms, fireworks, clapping, motorcycles, etc.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, gold, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
