Meet the breeder

I'm Jenna G., the breeder behind Itty Bitty Poms located in Newport News, VA. We offer loved and loving family pets with a focus on health and temperament. We are dedicated and have made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families! Puppies come dewormed, first shots, and vet examined. We desensitize as much as possible. Bathing, brushing, grooming. You name it. We have a dog potty area. We do pee pads and then pottying outside. We have kids (some with special needs), other dogs of all sizes, a cat, etc. for socialization. When you purchase from us, we don't stop there. We continue to be available for updates (we love them), questions, concerns, anything and everything. Now or in the future. These puppies are important to us. For their whole lives.

Q. & A. with Jenna

  • Why did you start breeding?

After having Poms for a few years and falling in love with the breed, we wanted to share, preserve, and improve the breed by enhancing desirable traits such as health and temperament. Our Pomeranians are vet examined , UTD, spoiled rotten, and have wonderful, sweet personalities. We wanted to pass these traits on for others to experience and find their forever best friend.
  • What makes your program special?

We try to match the person/family with the puppy on temperament, personality, and energy. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible because what's most important is a loving home. Each puppy purchase receives individual personalized care and attention.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include chocolate parti, black parti, orange parti, cream sable parti, cream parti, red, orange, cream, black, white, chocolate, beaver sable, beaver, tri-colored, cream sable, orange sable, red sable, and chocolate sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Jenna was such a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to be a Pom parent! There are several other Pom breeders closer to my location but Itty Bitty Poms would be my preferred choice again. They were professional and knowledgeable about all their litters of pups. All necessary information was provided about shots and vet visits. Jenna provided delivery which was well worth the extra fee. Overall a great experience, would absolutely recommend and would use again if we ever are looking to add to our Pom family!🐶🥰

It was absolutely amazing working with Jenna! She was so prompt with responding as well as patient for us to be able to make our pick up. Creed (previously Han) is an absolute joy! He already knew so much being only 8 weeks old. He is great using his pads in his pin and he loves to snuggle and play a lot. He’s so smart, and very observant of anyone moving in the room. It was less than an hour back home that he seemed so comfortable with us. We expected and planned for the whining over night and anxiousness to decompress from an environment change. The complete opposite is what we experienced. He is so comfortable here also this is his first entire day and he knows his way. He goes where he’s supposed to go, he sleeps in lots of places but he will go right to his bed often after us placing him there only once, he now goes when he’s sleepy. Unless he’s on our lap playing then he just plops and passes out. He’s just so perfect for our family! Jenna is easy going and so great to communicate with! Highly suggest her as a breeder! Knew so much I had now questions upon pick up. Thanks again Jenna we truly love him already!!! 💕🐶💕

I welcomed Petunia, her name is now Calli, into my life Tuesday evening. Jenna brought her to me, to which I was grateful. Its hard to believe it’s only been two days, seems like she was always here. She adjusted very quickly. Her personality is so sweet and playful. Jenna was so easy to work with, responded to my calls very quickly. She delivered. She sent me videos, and told me about her. Thank you so much, I just love her so much

I thought I wanted a girl Pom this time (as my first and bestest bud has been a boy Pom) and submitted an inquiry to Jenna. She got back to me right away and sent some videos of her only available girl. It wasn’t a right fit and I declined. Jenna was SO KIND with her response and encouraged me to reach back out to her with questions, even if I went with another breeder. It made me sad because I knew I wanted a dog before Jenna might have any more females available, but I also knew I really wanted our new baby to be from Jenna and favorited a ton of her pups. I took her up and asked her some questions as I went through my search elsewhere (even previous Pom parents still can learn!) and she graciously and helpfully answered each one. I wound up changing my mind and wanting another boy, so, of course, I rushed back to Jenna to schedule a meet and greet with the available babes. The dogs at her place were delightful and obviously so well cared for and we wound up picking our sweet Baozi (previously Meringue). Then we had to wait for a MONTH until he was old enough to come home. Jenna sent updates and pictures every day and was patient with both me and my daughter asking for even more! I feel like I’ve got a new pup and a new friend now! (Sorry girl, we’ve adopted you both - no say in it for you. You’re stuck with us now!) Bao has been with us for about 3 weeks and Jenna’s still always ready with answers and support. It’s just been beyond delightful every step of the way. It is so clear by his easy transition into our family that this dog was handled with the utmost love and care until the moment he came home. During my search, I spoke with several other breeders and none came close to the experience that Jenna offered, and then consistently and thoroughly, provided. Thank you for making this process absolutely wonderful for our family.

You could not ask for a more perfect arrangement. They did everything possible to make it easy for us. If I ever needed another breeder they would be my first choice. Already Butterbeer has our hearts singing all day.

Getting our puppy was a smooth and easy process. She sent us pictures and updates until we picked up Sadie.
