Q. & A. with Emilea
Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to get into producing high quality Collies that excelled in health, temperament, and structure. My goal is to always improve the collie breed and my own personal breeding practices.
What makes your program special?
I use Puppy Culture and knowledge as a trainer and service dog coach to ensure my puppies are well rounded. I also use knowledge as a veterinary professional to socialize to things found in a veterinary setting. I make sure health and temperaments are at the height of my breeding program. All dogs get thoroughly health tested above and beyond what the Collie Club of America and OFA request.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and rough coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable merle and white, sable and white, blue merle and white, blue merle white and tan, black white and tan, sable merle, sable, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
