Meet the breeder

I'm Sharell C., the breeder behind J and S Cocker Spaniels located in Ada, OK. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded Cocker Spaniel puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us! We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience! We only breed Cocker Spaniels and only AKC Registration. We DO NOT breed for merles.

Q. & A. with Sharell

  • Why did you start breeding?

We decided to breed American Cocker Spaniels because we love them. We hope to stop puppy mills and unethical back yard breeders by breeding healthy, beautiful sweet puppies.
  • What makes your program special?

We have been told that our puppies are fearless. We expose them to inside and outside noises. They hear other dogs bark, doggy doors slamming, vacuum cleaner, movies, music, etc. Our puppies trust humans to take care of them. They are never hurt. Puppies are placed as pets with AKC Limited Registration.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include silver and buff. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
