I'm Sarah J., the breeder behind Jackson Family Aussies located in Waukon, IA. Our Aussies are apart of our family first and foremost. Each is loved as if they were the only one. Each one of them has a unique personality and things they enjoy! Breeding Australian Shepherds has been a life long dream of ours. We can't have enough "babies" around here!
Q. & A. with Sarah
Why did you start breeding?
We wanted a farm dog to assist on the farm with watching gates and moving cattle up the alleyway to the chute and we fell in love with this amazing herding breed.
What makes your program special?
Our program is small. No big kennel here. Puppies are raised in our home by the whole family.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
