❣️🐾IN PREPARATION OF PUPPIES HEADING TO THEIR NEW HOMES IN A FEW SHORT WEEKS🐾❣️ 🐾INFORMATION FOR YOUR NEW PUPPY🐾 It’s getting really close for puppies to make their way to their new home! FOOD- Purina Pro Plan Large Breed Puppy chicken and rice. Your new baby is use to eating 2 times a day, 1 cup each feeding. Your puppy will bring home a small bag of food, in case you switch food, you can mix it to prevent upset tummy/runny poo. Make sure you check your bag and feed recommend feeding amount. DO NOT FEED…GRAIN FREE FOOD. As great as this may sound, it causes severe, even terminal damage to your new baby! COLLAR- Your new baby will come home with their kennel collar. Most will likely be able to fit into their new collar within a few weeks of going home. I recommend purchasing a size MEDIUM for them to grow into. But that is completely up to the new owner. MICROCHIP- Every puppy that comes from my program is inserted with a Fi Microchip before they leave my possession. The registration is completely free and so beneficial if they do ever become missing. VACCINES- Every puppy will be current on their vaccines when they leave my possession. They will be ready for their 2nd round of booster vaccines at 9 weeks. Make sure you speak with your vet/future vet, to check their policy for new puppies, but typically, they are given every 3-4 weeks, being completed at 16 weeks. It is HIGHLY recommended that you schedule an appointment with your vet within the first week of picking up your new puppy. That way they stay on track with their vaccination schedule. In your folder you receive there is a paper with vaccine and deworming history, as well as on your Purina Pro Plan folder. GROOMING- Your new baby will come to you freshly bathed, nails trimmed, and sanitary area cleaned up. Standard poodle puppies will also have their face and toes shaved. Bathing at home, in between grooms is almost a must. I recommend a shampoo and conditioner for your babies hair. Don’t forget to place a little mineral oil in the ears to prevent infection. Shower/Bath LOOFAHS work amazing to help soap up your new puppy. Brushing is extremely important so mats do not form! They are so common behind the ears! A slicker brush works the best when brushing their hair. Curlier puppies will “poof” out when brushed. I also recommend a metal comb to follow the slicker brush- brushing. I recommend you file/sand your new puppies nails every week, to keep them in perfect length. A dremel tool works best, but there are also nail sanders on Amazon-Walmart that work amazing! I will post a link in the comments to the one I use from Amazon. POTTY TRAIN- Puppies are use to potty turf, and trips outside. That does not mean they are “potty trained” when they come home to you. They go potty immediately after they eat and wake up. If they play while out to go potty, they become distracted and won’t go, then as soon as they are brought inside, they will potty. Make sure they don’t play when you first take them outside. NIP/CHEW- Your new puppy is a puppy, and they love to chew! They are teething. Redirect when they try to chew on you or something that is not a toy. Offer plenty of teething options! Chewing and nipping is normal behavior of a puppy, but something that definitely needs corrected early. Chew toys are great deterrent. NO RAWHIDE and keep an eye on “rope” toys. They may seem great, but can be shredded and strings ingested. JUMPING- Puppies get excited and they want to jump and play. It is normal, but definitely needs corrected early. PARVOVIRUS- Please understand that puppies are not 100% protected against parvo until they are 15-16 weeks old. It is super important to keep them away from areas that may be infected. The ground and floors in and around you vet office is especially at risk. It is important to not “walk” you puppy around. Carry them in and hold them. Pet stores and other pet friendly stores pose the same threats. LIFETIME BREEDER SUPPORT- I am always available and will gladly help answer any and all questions you may have. I am so happy to answer anything to the best of my ability. No matter how silly or complicated, rest assured, I am here for you and your baby!

When I started my search, I was a little skeptical during my journey on finding a reputable breeder but Jami was amazing. She answered all of my questions and helped ease my mind through the entire process. We love our girl (Hae'vyn) and couldn't ask for a better breeder as Jami. I am very thankful to have met her and to have had a very good experience. I definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a really good breeder.

Jami was amazing to work with during this process. I found her through meeting someone at a ballgame who had his beautiful dog with him that he’d also gotten from Jami. His referral was spot on in that she takes great care of her dogs and provides exceptional communication and updates to potential pet owners. I have continued to share updates of our Shelby from time to time with Jami and can tell she loves getting them. That’s passion for what she does and it shows too in the puppies! Best experience ever and if we plan to expand our fur family in the future, she is who I’ll go to first!

Jamie is an incredible person and breeder. She has tremendous devotion towards each pup and cares deeply for every single one. Jamie also was a wonderful communicator with our family prior to and after receiving our loving pup. The vet care and paperwork was up-to-date and meticulously recorded. Jamie is a top-notch breeder. She went above and beyond the delivery of our “fur baby” to our home due to a flight conflict. Thank you for the healthy, happy, playful pup you brought to our family, Jamie.
