I'm Jaquelyn H., the breeder behind Jaquelyn Harney located in Malo, WA. Our dogs are inuitive, kind & ready for anything. DNA VP & in those generations there are multiple gold grand champions. They are genetically clear of all know Aussie concerns. We have dogs that are service, agility, herding, obedience. Loving & easily taught, they only want to please & work hard.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I began breeding when I realized how much I love Aussie and how important it was to keep them healthy and happy.
  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding program is very small. Carefully crafting the healthiest and happiest dogs we can, while meeting the excellent breed standards that make Australian Shepherds so special.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black tri-color and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
