I'm Joycelyn C., the breeder behind Jeanniebelle’s Sweet Shih Tzus located in Arizona. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We enjoy sharing the love and joy of owning a Shih Tzu.
Getting a puppy from Joycelyn
Joycelyn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $750 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes first round of shots puppies are 8 weeks old and on solid foods before they leave momma and have been socialized with small children and other dogs. Deposit is applied to balance which is due at pick up time.”

Joycelyn may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
