  • Why did you start breeding?

    Have loved the breed since I was about 10 when my sister and her husband woke me up with their dachshund puppy licking me and his tail wagging so fast it was a blur. We weren’t allowed to have pets at all, so you can imagine how excited I was. I fell in love with Doxie’s right then. As soon as I got married I’ve had Doxie’s since.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs live in our home and are part of our family from day one. I’m with my girls from being bred to delivering. I feel that my dogs are well socialized between adults, children and the adult dogs.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include wirehaired, smooth, and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, black, chocolate, wheaten, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jeff and Joette

Jeff and Joette has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jeff and Joette partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit that secures a specific puppy. The remaining $2,000 - $3,000 is due before pickup, plus applicable taxes and fees.

“I raise CKC and AKC Registered puppies. Price includes worming and vaccines at the appropriate age and will have a wellness check with my Vet. They each will go home with a handmade blanket which will have mamas scent on it, a small toy and the same food that I feed to get you through for a few days. I require a $500.00 deposit for each puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Jeff and Joette may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Thank you joette for giving my wife and I our very first dachsund. She was very easy to work with and communicated with us daily on updates of our puppy.     We picked up our sweet mini dachshund at the end of May, and she has been everything we could have hoped for. She is so cuddly, well-mannered, and has the sweetest temperament. Joette was amazing to work with and always responded right away. She sent lots of pictures and updates of our baby before we brought her home, which meant so much to us. It was obvious how much she loves her puppies and that they are truly part of her family.
