I'm Jennifer W., the breeder behind Jen's Doxie Den located in Pensacola, FL. We are a small program with high expectations! At this time, we only breed smooth haired miniature dachshunds. We strive to produce healthy, loving dogs that will excel in their forever homes. Our priorities when breeding are temperament, conformation, and health, and we ensure our breeding dogs come from quality bloodlines. We adore this breed, and starting a breeding program felt like the right decision. We value responsible breeding practices and want to do our part to promote ethical breeding, so that the Dachshund will continue to thrive for many generations.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised with love in our home, and we strive to help each one grow up with confidence so they are ready to leave with their new families. They are affectionate, intelligent, and cute as can be!What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Price
"The price also includes an AKC pet registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, state of Florida health certificate, and socialization. Full breeding rights available for an additional $500. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future puppy if you change your mind."

Litter update on 22 Feb •…✨🐾 Paris In Lights Litter Update 🐾✨ Our sweet babies born 1-24-26 are growing beautifully and thriving! Lumi 🤍, Beau 🩶, Arrow 💙, and Seine ❤️ are filling out, nursing strong, and becoming more alert each day. Their smooth coats are already soft and shiny, and we’re starting to see little glimpses of their personalities peek through. They’re spending their days cozy and content, snuggled up together in the sweetest puppy piles. It’s such a joy watching this Parisian crew grow and change — every week brings something new. 💫💛 We’re so proud of how this litter is developing and can’t wait to continue sharing their journey with you! 🐾💕

Litter update on 22 Feb •…Paris in Love Litter – Weekly Update Born 1-21-26 Our babies are officially 4 weeks old this week! Time is flying 🥹 Here’s what’s happening: • Eyes are fully open and bright • Hearing is developing more each day • They’re wobbling everywhere and starting to get steadier on their feet • Personalities are beginning to peek through in the tiniest ways • They’re interacting more with each other — little play bows and soft puppy noises • We’ll begin introducing very soft mush over the next week as they transition slowly from just nursing This stage is one of my favorites. They’re still sleepy and snuggly, but curiosity is kicking in. You’ll start seeing more alert expressions and tiny tail wags when I talk to them. 🤎 Mama is doing a wonderful job, and they are growing beautifully. I’ll continue sharing photos and videos throughout the week so you can watch your little love grow. We’re getting closer to the really fun stages! 🐾💕

We had a great experience with Jen. We live in Missouri and she’s in Florida. She offered to bring our new puppy along with her to Texas to take her daughter to college. That literally cut our drive time in half, which was a very kind offer on her part. We met and picked up our precious puppy along with a care package of food, treats, toys and a blanket. She had all of the medical records and registration paperwork in order and ready to go. Jen stayed in touch with us to check on his acclimation process at our home as well. We are very pleased and impressed with her professionalism and kindness in this process. I highly recommend Jen’s Doxie Den if you are looking for a healthy and well socialized puppy!
