Litter update on 06 Sept. •
I forgot to tag the litter and wanted to make sure my new puppy parents saw this.
The puppies visited the vet yesterday for a checkup and their first round of shots. They did very welland they were very pleased with how well they looked.
As the puppies had to their new homes this week they will have a fun puppy package sent home with them it includes a cat bag they love burrowing in it a bowl a small bag of food a puppy poop bag holder with bags some puppy pads, a copy of their shot records, and another couple goodies.
As a reminder the puppies were dewormed at two for six and eight weeks of age. They may be a bit whiny the first few days or a week as they transition from being part of a litter to being in their new homes.

Litter update on 21 Aug. •
Pups all received baths and their 3rd round of dewormer this week. They continue to explore, play with puppy toys, and are more comfortable exploring outside. We are still working on puppy pad training as well as outside. They love to play and interact with each other and with my adult doxies. They are hilarious when eating as you can see in these photos. The love the different slowly feed bowls as it forces them to work for their food.

Litter update on 09 Aug. •
At 4 weeks old, the puppies are now more curious about their surroundings. They are also starting to interact & play with each other. They next 4 weeks those interactions will teach them how to not bite too hard and how to properly play nicely with others.
I expanded their space this week and will slowly reduce the presence of the puppy pads. They are doing well leaving their bed to potty. Next week, we will start going outside as their curiosity peaks and they continue learning to explore.
I have several other videos, Lives, and photos and my FB page Jen's Mini-Dachshund's.

Litter update on 02 Aug. •
The puppies continue to grow and develop. They are awake more and are beginning to interact with each other. Mush is becoming more interesting but Mom's milk is still preferred. They are becoming vocal. When we hold them, the like to snuggle into our necks. It's the best!

The puppies continue to grow. Everyone's eyes and ears are fully open. They have transitioned from wiggling around to walking. All puppies receives their 1st round of dewormer and have been introduced to mush (moistened puppy food). So far, they are not fans of mush and still prefer mom's milk 😁.
