I'm cheryl s., the breeder behind Jereco collies located in De Pere, WI. Our goal is to produce quality smooth and rough collies that are as comfortable in the breed ring as they are on your couch All of our dogs are raised in the home with plenty of socialization. All puppies that are placed in pet homes are sold on a limited registration with the American Kennel Club.

Why did you start breeding?
We started in obedience with a collie and then tried conformation. After two years, with the help of a mentor, we decided to breed our first litter and the rest is history.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are comfortable whether in the show ring or on your couch. They are confident in what ever you try to do with them.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Cyclic Neutropenia, Grey Collie Syndrome (CN), Dermatomyositis, PRA, Rod-Cone Dysplasia 2 (rcd2), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
